At Ezi-Pos Cloud, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.

## 1. Replacement for Defective Hardware Only

Only hardware products with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement within 15 days from the invoice date.

## 2. Technical Inspection Required

All defective items must be inspected and approved by our technical team before any replacement is processed.

## 3. No Return or Exchange After Sale

Products that are sold, delivered, installed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless confirmed defective by our team.

## 4. Non-Refundable Services

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

- Software Fees
- Installation Charges
- Configuration Charges
- Training Fees
- Service & Support Charges

## 5. Damages Not Covered

Replacement policy does not cover damages caused by:

- Physical Damage
- Liquid Damage
- Electrical Damage
- Misuse or Negligence
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

## 6. Required Items for Replacement

Customers requesting replacement must provide:

- Original Invoice Copy
- Product with Original Accessories & Packaging

Incomplete returns may not be accepted.

## 7. Warranty Policy After 15 Days

After the initial 15-day replacement period, products will be covered under applicable manufacturer or service warranty terms, if available.
